I'd heard all of the buzz about Keto for awhile, but I was hesitant to jump on the bandwagon. I'd successfully lost over 50 pounds by following another program, which I LOVED, but I was looking for a change to help me maintain my new lifestyle. 

And considering I was over 40, I KNEW maintenance would be critical for me. What I didn't know was if Keto would work for me...especially given my age. But I thought it was worth a try!

I've been amazed with the results. Learning more about how my body works has helped me to stick with it, and learning some Keto-focused tricks to reduce cravings has made it easy to stay on track. 

Keto might be the trend-of-the-moment, but I believe it's here to stay. At least it is for me.

I've never felt better! Honestly, at 42, I feel better than I did at 22 when I was filling my body with fast food, convenience foods and an endless supply of junk food. I'm able to keep up with my quickly-growing 5 kids. I'm able to eat with the family with just a few minor adjustments to my serving, if any. I'm happy, proud of my body, and loving being HEALTHY OVER 40!
